Set on 20 acres and with over 100 years of heritage, our wonderful location and extensive grounds, makes The Olympic Pavilion at Trailfinders, a unique backdrop for your wedding celebration. Whether you are looking for something small and intimate, or an event on a grander scale, the space at our complex is effortlessly flexible for your special day. The Olympic Pavilion is fully licensed for wedding ceremonies and civil ceremonies. Our licence is comprehensive and allows us to cater for weddings of any size.

Once home to Great Western Railway’s working horses in the late 1800s, our grounds have a rich history, evolving into a vibrant events venue. Saved from redevelopment in 1997 by the Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity, the site was transformed, with the Olympic Pavilion now at its heart. Blending historic charm with modern elegance, Trailfinders is a unique and welcoming venue for weddings and celebrations.

Marcus and Reuben worked closely with our photographer and MC to ensure the day flowed perfectly, while the bar staff kept service quick and efficient. They were also incredibly accommodating with our external DJ, making setup easy. The team handled every detail, even unexpected challenges, with ease. Their personable nature shines through—years later, they still greet us warmly at rugby matches. Highly recommend!
